How long does delivery take?
Orders placed by 14:00 leave the warehouse the same day. With Nova Poshta across Ukraine, a parcel takes 1–2 days, to remote locations — up to 3 days.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available for all orders up to 10 000 ₴. The carrier’s fee is paid by the recipient — usually 20 ₴ plus 2% of the amount.
How do I know the size will fit?
Each product page has a measurement table: length, chest width, sleeve length. Measure your favorite item and compare with the table — that way there’s hardly ever a mistake.
If you’re hesitating between two sizes, write to us: we’ll advise based on the actual measurements of the specific model.
What if the item doesn’t fit?
Within 14 days the item can be exchanged or returned if its saleable condition and tags are preserved. The detailed procedure is on the “Exchange and Returns” page.
Are there discounts for large orders?
Yes. From three items in one order there’s a 5% discount, from five — 10%. The discount is calculated automatically in the cart.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, from our warehouse in Kyiv. After you place the order, we’ll write to let you know when it’s ready — usually in a few hours.
