Inspecting your order at the branch is the customer’s right, and you should use it.
Check
Completeness. Are all items present, and hasn’t the size been mixed up.
Tags. They must be in place — without them, processing a return is harder.
Appearance. Stains, snags, split seams — you can spot all this in a minute.
If something is wrong, arrange a return right at the branch: that way you won’t have to pay for return shipping.
